Sabine Viertel, General Manager

Sabine, our General Manager, has worked for us for 10 years. She is one of the most unique and talented individuals you will meet. She is an accomplished wood worker building custom cabinets, an avid gardener, bookkeeper, baker, seamstress, and an all around caretaker to all things living. Sabine has allowed the rest of us to focus on specific areas while she has been the glue that keeps the infrastructure together.
